"Unfair to white people" may well happen on occasion, but at about 1/1000th the frequency that it happens to racial minorities in our country. I'm white, but I've got to say that if members of my race had to put up with a fraction of the crap and discrimination that minorities put up, they'd melt in frustration or explode in anger.
I'll also note that the white people who scream and whine the loudest about the very rare instances of anti-white discrimination tend to be the same ones who are quick to tell members of minority groups to just "suck it up" or "deal with it" when those folks are faced with discrimination.
