Thanks for including the thoughtful remarks from Graham, Johnson, Thune, Collins and McConnell. :-D

What a day in the history of the USA. Our President has openly shown the public that he is insane, a traitor, a heretic, massively corrupt, and a foul and obscene evil man who openly threatens genocide and is waging war on the world, not just Iran. Our previous very supportive allies have united against us because of him.

And to underscore our global betrayal, our VP is supporting the election of an avowed friend of Russia and an avowed enemy of the people and NATO in Hungary. A country that is the second-poorest nation in Europe and has a terrible human rights and democracy score.

However we do this, it is way beyond time to pull the plug on another season of The Apprentice." We desperately need new management and the reintroduction of humane, sane adults in the White House, Congress, and the Supreme Court. Basta! Enough of this madness.

You know our children are frightened and watching.

And our VP was complaining that some European countries were getting involved in the Hungarian election? Okay for US - Not for France? And of course he spouts falsehoods. The European cause is not hatred for Orban, but for his (and Trump's) shot caller.

"Donald Trump's genocidal threats against Iran elicited fury from Republicans and Democrats alike."

Will the 'fury' be enough to drive them into action? His cabinet of toadies won't use the 25th Amendment to roust him. Congress, do your job. Trump needs to be impeached forthwith.

Ron Johnson "hopes and prays" that the monster he did so much to enable will not go on a genocidal rampage?? Maybe if he got his ass back to Washington and started pushing the GOP to atone, he could let God off the hook.

He said he wanted to stop Iran from getting the Bomb. Now he threatens to destroy the civilization; he would need the Bomb to accomplish this. But hypocrisy seems a requirement for membership in the Republican powers. My heart goes out for the Iranians (Is their destruction necessary to save them?) Why was it a horror when the Iranian Guards were gunning down protestors, but a good idea when US forces or the US Bomb takes them out? Rules of Engagement be damned. Where has the man and the Party taken us?

BTW, where is the main stream media in all of this?

It’s no surprise Republicans in House and Senate are silent. They’re all a bunch of cowards.

When I read this all the Rep comments aren’t there just quotation marks? Does anyone else see this? I heard some of the quotes on Aaron Parnas

A few Republicans commented, but silence from most. Do you think the Republicans will ever get backbone? Maybe when they are, hopefully, voted out of office.

That costumed figure well illustrates the phrase "mad as a March hare." Seems to be the general feeling that it's time to get out the butterfly net.
