And the Contrarian, that is supposed to fight for democracy,, is there to glorify what is simply a sports victory, not an antidote to anything - if anything, it is a way of making sure people stay silent about fascism.
Today was another amazing day around NYC. We tried to go to the parade and it was beyond crazy on the subways, but there were bars and other spots opening early all over showing the parade and City Hall ceremony. This has really been a time to remember in this great city!
