The Governors, and especially the people of all those national parks and monuments are definitely not on the grift! But those are federal lands. The greedy oligarchs evidently cannot get too much of OUR natural resources. However, if they think there are already enough anti-Trump folks protesting, if they try fucking with our parks system, otherwise compliant family types are going to turn out in droves. We could all carry Teddy Bears to honor Theodore Roosevelt’s vision. Smokey Bear will be at the lead saying “Only you can prevent Trump fires!” 🔥

I was thinking today - we pay for our subscriptions, which help fund all the legal battles, but Norm and company are out there on the front lines wielding the swords. So grateful for them and proud of them!
Would you consider doing an interview with some of the outstanding State AGs ? I am from Michigan and our AG Nessel is not only fighting with all her strength to protect our constitution ,rule of law,and voting rights; she is constantly taking on DTE corruption in price increases. She is one of the best examples of quite strength.
There are multiple Substack’s that I find invaluable. But The Contrarian so visually demonstrates on a continuous basis that we subscriber’s can make a huge difference in winning these battles. And ultimately win this war without shots fired. Using the system of laws democracy has build over the life of America. Truly thankful for the courageous and indefatigable legal work and positive accomplishments achieved by Norm Eisen, and all of the others, many of who toil quietly in the background to support those out front, leading the charge.

In a short while, I believe we will evolve into a global movement to hold looters and polluters of our planet accountable. The first target of global justice should be Trump for his looting and massive polluting of our planet caused by his war in Iran, which has the world on fire, and his theft of billions of gallons of oil from every country this pirate can invade. Let's live cleanly both in our moral spirit and in protecting our planet from those toxins that contribute to global warming and the melting of our glaciers.

The dam has cracked but not yet with self-expanding holes. The most critical challenge is to have the midterm voting be as whole as possible. That task must be served. No vote, no democratic country. And here's my fear: since Trump doesn't care about the rule of law or what the courts say, I would not put it past him to take a bulldozer to the Kennedy Center when no one is looking - just like he did to the East Wing. I'm thinking we need armed guards there 24/7 to make sure he doesn't take matters into his own hands. Sounds ridiculous, but how else do we protect precious national monuments from him?

That said, the republican enemy has proven to be a violent and murderous group with their masked DHS praetorian guard and pardoned proud boys, so be careful.
This group has captured the SCOTUS Six and the court cases that you have won so far are subject to reversal by these seditionists in black robes so we need to get the vote out in order to legislate for morality and justice since we cannot depend on the courts in a country run by tyrants.
