I feel like we need to have a treasure hunt for a person of power with a conscience. It is mind boggling that so many of these wealthy elites engaged in this dispicable immoral behavior. Perhaps even more mind boggling that most have not been held accountable, but they WILL be. It's just a matter of time.

Folks with the right tools and connections need to assertively go after the Epstein files. This despicable cover-up must be untangled and made public. Any day now would be great but certainly by September 1st in order for the truth to percolate in the public consciousness prior to the November midterm elections. The new interim replacement for disgraced and tossed-aside Pam Bondi has already said they are done with the Epstein matter and that no more information will be released! Trump expects him to do what Bondi could not - bury the truth for good. We cannot let the matter fade away.

So many errors of judgement...so much regret.

Great summary, but what I worry about is that lessons/penalties seem in the press only aimed at the rich and famous. Can we find a way to make to clear to every man, woman and even child that this kind of behavior, exploitation, is completely unacceptable and can/should be reported ASAP with privacy protections as deserved? OK, I am glad this exposure is staying prominently in the news, but the message may not, probably not, is getting through to those who feel too insignificant to be heard and credited.

The sooner ALL files are released the better. Criminal behavior needs to be investigated and prosecuted.

There will be no repercussions here. I'm sure. Really want to be proven wrong.

Old attitudes.

The one thing all these people have in common is money. Money equals power. Power often corrupts. Trump seems unsatisfied with the power of the presidency. Every move he makes is an attempt to evade any form of social, legal or moral barriers to his quest of both power and money. He's stated he should be pope or a king. I doubt even that would be enough to satisfy him. He wants total power and enough money to buy whatever he wants. Somehow, the full, unredacted Epstein files need to be obtained and released. I think then we'll have a pretty good idea of how badly he has been corrupted. I suspect it's completely.

Hard to believe how many of these people say they never knew. And those who give cryptic answers saying they didn't do anything wrong are totally unbelievable. Silence can be wrong and aiding and abetting.

They are all so sorry-sorry they got caught.

These individuals expressing that they regret or showed bad judgement etc is not sufficient for what one suspects they did or know. They have responsibility for their actions (and consequences) as well as a responsibility to step forward and explain what they know.

I’m reminded, of course, of Q’Anon’s provocative claims that influential Democrats were running a sex trafficking ring out of a DC pizzeria. It seems the Russians knew about Epstein’s gig, and obliged Donald Trump by casting suspicion on the Dems. (I am assuming here that Q’Anon was a Russian psy-op. ). Funny how Q has dropped off the planet!

They all feel bad about their judgment but not one of them spoke out or told authorities about the situation. Shame on them all.

And why aren’t any of them being arrested and questioned? Perhaps we should just throw them in the gulag without due process???

Isn't it something that these people, all of them with elite backgrounds, most supposedly savvy business people, lawyers, investors, academics, university presidents, negotiators, politicians,... never had any inkling about the kind of people Epstein was and Maxwell is? It kind of makes one wonder if all that stuff we hear about these kind of people is any more than smoke and mirrors.
