Really excellent. I would like to add an observation onto item 4, The Epstein Files. We continue to dodge the reasons why Trump is so concerned about the release of the files. If Trump was telling the Truth last year when he said these files "totally exonerated him", then why the obstruction? You would think the political benefit to Trump would be enormous and would end the controversy for good. There are only two reasons that I can see why he refuses to have the files released and is will ing to violate the law to do so. (1) Trump is guilty of collusion with Epstein in setting up the sexual abuse ring and of rapping under aged girls. This would most certainly result in his Impeachment and removal from office. (2) Trump's accomplices in this are many of his major political donors and supporters who have threatened to turn against Trump if these files are released. Turning against him would likely take the form of bankrupting him, seeing he is jailed or worse, killed by the New York mafia the donor's and supporters probably support and Trump fears.
Congratulations to you and your team on the Davey Hearn case. This could have ruined Mr Hearns life with a possible felony conviction and ten years in prison. I really hope that he sues Trump and his minions for billions for defamation and violation of civil rights and related causes of action. The DOJ has a fund for this. Also Pirro and her prosecutors should face disciplinary action for prosecutorial misconduct. Is it possible to get the grand jury transcript to find out what lies they told the jury? Your last paragraph though is the crux of it all. Integrity and ethical standards are no longer signs of strength but of weakness. Anybody growing up in middle America in the 40's, 50's, and 60's knew those values and the thought that those values can be tossed aside by the powerful is just wrong. At this point I'm glad that I'm old and nearing the end of my life instead of just starting out but I fear for my grandson, who will raise his family in all this nastiness.

I can't believe the brand-new Truth Social scam didn't make the list! Apparently, it will soon cost Trump's Wall Street followers up to $1 million per year for advance access to the pearls of wisdom he (and some others) drop on his social network. Since that's often his vehicle of choice for policy announcements that move the markets, he's created a pay-to-play lane for financial players who want to get the jump on "insider" knowledge. This may be his most corrupt scheme yet.
His pearls of wisdom more resemble horse-apples, (a euphemistic term for what comes from the rear of a horse). Paying for them sounds like a road to insider trading, assuming it's worth anything at all.
