As usual, thank you, Mr. Eisen for detailing the litigation that goes on interminably and noting the wins. When are these expensive, waste-infested specious cases going to stop being filed? When are the attorneys involved going to be dealt with for clogging up our courts with what amounts to garbage? When is the ABA going to discipline them? What we're enduring goes beyond ridiculous.
There's more to the Epstein file handling that needs focus. Although multiple victim identities and personal information were "accidentally" released, exactly zero previously unknown perpetrators were outed by document mishandling. It is hard to avoid thinking there is intent behind the difference. Of course, one tactic for protecting perpetrator data would be to open fake investigations for each one and use those as shields against release (and then deep six all those fake investigations).
Also, Rep Senators confirmed Todd Blanche! Who are those people!!!??? So weak, so corrupted! I’m ready for another big show of sanity in our streets: when is the next No King or something similar?

When government lawyers knowingly file cases that are obviously of no legal merit there must be ramifications. They should be put under review by the legal authorities and disbarred if appropriate. This will discourage them from attacking our citizens with ridiculous lawsuits.
