"The strategy has continued to devolve."

Love the word choice here. "Devolve" instead of evolve. Brilliant!

Well said & so true.

Problem? They’re re-writing ‘the laws’ - quickly, while the spineless GOP sheepishly support them. Dems, once back in power, have a mountain of crud to remove!

“We don’t negotiate with terrorists” seems like an appropriate response to the government.

“Supporters argue these actions merely correct years of progressive excess. They are entitled to oppose affirmative action, reject identity politics, or advocate educational philosophies. The First Amendment protects that debate. It does not, however, permit the government to compel institutions to adopt one side of it.” What a succinct and perfect summary of the First Amendment argument being made successfully by Georgetown and Harvard, in response to the “Administration’s” unbelievable overreach. In contrast - shame on Columbia.

Thank you, Mr. Terzano. This essay is a great recap of the first year of this regime. And the coercion and not freedom of speech the regime was engaging in.

Georgetown is run by the Jesuit priests. Their motto is AMDG, Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam: to the greater glory of God. Live to help advance AMDG by, they teach, becoming a “man or woman for and with Others.”

AMDG > MAGA.

(Btw, for those extreme adherents to/critics of DEI, (Dei) is the Latin for God.
