We don't win every case, but the courts are issuing decisions every week that stop unlawful administration actions. They are currently the main bulwark against the tyranny so it's not accurate to say that they are not helping.

Why are there no court injunction, no emergency hearings? For months we have seen the administration ignore court orders, attack citizens and even murder them on the streets and in detention. Maybe they've realized that if they have to deport all these "undocumented" the way the law requires, they can do maybe a million a year that way even by hiring more and more of these goons. That would take them maybe 10 to 15 years to do all of them. Maybe if they storm troop these people like they are doing or treat them horribly after they are in custody, as you describe, the word will get out and scare the shit out of them and their families. Then they will then begin to "self-deport" in massive numbers. Maybe that's the policy. Make it so scary that they will just leave quickly in mass numbers.
