I'm convinced the real reason he got on this bandwagon was so he could go down in the history books as the man who changed the face of American life in a way no other president has. "We've had this problem of short golf days forever and I alone among all presidents have had the guts to do something about it."

Maybe the upside of the failure of legacy media to deliver on their duty to tell it like it is (aka print, post or broadcast the NEWS) could have a silver lining: as people drift away from those highly edited and prejudicial sources of information, they will either have to reform or go out of business.
I posted here a number of months ago that I thought tRump was progressing from the equivalent of stage 1 Alzheimers to stage 2. There are only 3. And without access to his examinations, neuropsychiatric testing, MRI scans, and labs I am unwilling to hazard a guess at which dementing illness he so obviously has. He is progressing from constant confabulation to rampant word salad. But he has - with the constant machinations of his lackeys - control of the Government, the military, the nuclear codes, and the mainstream media. He is simply insane - we have a madman in the Whitehouse and nobody will stop him.
I wish I could believe that Trump has had any neuropsychiatric testing, MRI scans, or labs. He is surrounded by sycophants, including his doctors, who minimize his numerous illnesses. Alzheimer's is the most common dementia, so that is the most likely one. Psychopaths can get neurodegenerative disorders. He has a rather odd posture as well as an abnormal gait. I would like a look at a recent MRI of his brain.

His rambling partial sentences mixing of subjects and erratic thought patterns have all left his listeners to come to their own conclusions as to what he is saying. If you listen to what he actually says you get exactly what this columns title starts with, Words and Phrases. Trying to make sense of what he says is where the fantasy begins.
