Tim Dickinson reports from a protest at a park in Portland, Oregon on Saturday, January 31, where hundreds of cyclists gathered for a rolling vigil to honor Alex Pretti who was gunned down so brutally by Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis a week ago.
During the course of the peaceful protest, ICE launched chemical agents at the crowd, which included children.
